The Ansonia Residence Club is under new management. It still offers the best value accommodation in the downtown area. This is an ideal place for budget-conscious students and travelers in a vibrant, international community. Newly remodeled single and double rooms are available on two floors (4-5), with private or shared baths. The lower floors are used as an Intenational Youth Hostel, which means there are always tours and activities for all residents to join in.

Free Wireless Internet Access
A computer room with Internet kiosks (additional charge) is open 24 hours. Free wireless Internet access is available in all common areas and most rooms.

Each room is furnished with one or two twin-size beds, a study desk, telephone, refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. Weekly maid and linen service is provided.

Free Daily Pancake Breakfast
Complimentary pancakes are available every morning, with free coffee and tea.

• roommates for double rooms will be selected by the residence club
• nonrefundable booking fee: $100
• refundable security deposit: $300 - payable upon check-in
• one-time, nonrefundable cleaning fee: $25 - payable upon check-in
• one-time, refundable key deposit: $25 - payable upon check-in
• $250 cancellation fee for confirmed booking
• minimum 4-week charge if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival or after check-in
• 30-day written notice required for any changes or early departure
• all rooms and rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice
• all rates in US Dollars per week, per person
