What type of Housing do we offer?
Brandon College offers a variety of housing options for our international students. We can make arrangements to suit all ages and budgets, from low-budget to deluxe rooms.
We choose all accommodations very carefully and our experienced housing coordinators are always happy to assist you before and during your stay.

What is a Residence Club?
Residence Clubs are standard or economy hotels which offer single or shared rooms to international students. All of our residence clubs are located in the downtown area, within walking distance to Brandon College. This is a great option for individuals who like to be independent and who enjoy meeting students from all over the world.

Homestay Families
For students who are interested in learning about the American way of life and culture, a homestay is an excellent choice! It gives students more opportunities to practice their English skills outside the classroom.
All of our host families are carefully selected and monitored by the host coordinator to ensure your comfort. Many families host more than one student at the same time. If you choose the homestay option, you should expect a 45- to 60-minute commute, which is typical for most San Franciscans. Public transportation in San Francisco is a safe and easy way to get around.

For our executive students or anyone who is looking for maximum comfort and privacy, we can also arrange hotels or apartments. Rates vary based on location and services offered by the hotel. Please book your room early!
San Francisco is a very popular destination for foreign students and most residence clubs and homestays sell out very quickly. Please try to book at least 3-4 months before arrival - especially during the busy summer season (June - September).
